OUR VISION

As a female and the proud founder of Knightingales Chess Academy, I believe every girl should have the opportunity to learn chess. Unfortunately I have come to realize that girls are vastly underrepresented in the chess community. This is due to lack of opportunity, funding, and coaching in a male-dominated sport. I want to change that. As this academy gains traction, I want to use the proceeding from Knightingales to eventually fund free chess boards and books for underprivileged girls. This is my foremost aim and would be a dream come true if even one girl developed a life-long love towards chess!
